How To Cook Lamb Soup - Easy Carrot Lamb Soup Recipe
Ingredient : Mutton 500g, carrot 500g, chinese Licorice 3g, young ginger 5 small slices, soy sace, pepper, salt
How To Cook a Lamb Soup – Procedures :
- Cut away the skin of the carrot.
- Chop the carrot into small cubes.
- Wash the carrot.
- Cut away the skin of the ginger and use the back of the knife to "crunch" the ginger. This is to allow the juice of the ginger to come out easily later.
- Chop the mutton into small cubes.
- Put everything into a "Sapo" (chinese pot)
- Add sufficient water and boil the water with strong fire.
- After the water is boiled, reduce the strength of the fire and cook for another 3 hours.
- You can add soy sauce, salt and pepper if you like.
- Now ready to eat!
Remarks :
