How To Cook a Lamb -Fried Black Pepper Lamb

Ingredient : Mutton 300-400g, red chili, black pepper sauce, Chinese cooking wine, garlic, water spinach (we call kangkung here)

How To Cook a Lamb – Procedures :

  • Chop the mutton into small slices
  • Fry the garlic and red chili, and then add in mutton and water spinach.
  • Fry until the mutton is half cooked, pour in some Chinese cooking wine and black pepper sauce.
  • Fry for about another 3-4 minutes (depending on the size of your mutton), and you shall be able to enjoy this delicacy.

    • Remark :
      This is a very easy Chinese cuisine to be prepared at home. Do not that we eat this together with rice. The taste of the mutton will be too spicy if you are going to eat this alone without eating with rice. When it comes to how to cook lamb, the chinese style is always different from the western style. The taste tend to be stronger because we usually eat them with rice.
